Did 20 rep squats on Friday w/115 lbs

Training Log #46

Did another set of 20 rep full squats.  This time with 110 lbs. 
    It was pretty intense.  The last two reps were killer.

Then I did bench w/55 lbs;  2 sets of 12. 
     I could have done more but wanted to take it easy because of the high rep range. 

Assisted Pull ups 1 set of 15

I'm really beginning to feel the 20 rep squats now.  I owe a lot to my husband who helped me back in the house and helped me take off my shoes.  What a good guy.

Did 20 rep squats on Thursday w/100 lbs followed by pull-over w/25 lbs.

Today, I did a little more with my routine.

~20 rep squats w/105 lbs

~Pull-over w/25 lbs

~Overhead press w/45 lbs
    ~2 sets of 12

~Bar Bell Rows w/45 lbs
   ~2 sets of 15

Training Log #44:

Well, I've been in a training slump for a long time and found the switch I needed.  I was cooking dinner today and cut my thumb open on a knife.  So, with little options available while my thumb hurt, my hubby suggested 20 rep squats.  So, I gave it a shot.  I did twenty full squats with 95 lbs. followed by pull overs with 25 lbs.  It was fun, but boy was I tired.  I want to keep it up and see where it takes me.  I'm finally not bored with lifting anymore.  Who knew slicing my finger would have such great results?
